First of all Ariane is a great person. She is very wise and really cares about her clients. She knows how to listen and she answers any questions you may have and if she does not know the answer she will find out. She really does try to show you exactly what your looking for. We used Ariane when we were ready to move from a tract development into a semi-custom home community. Ariane had a very strong working knowledge of the many gated communities we were looking in and found us a great home in Copper Canyon Estates. During our search, Ariane was there the entire step of the way as we were dealing with many short sales. She helped us find the house and after multiple offers, helped us get the one with the right offer as she fully researched what was happening within this particular community and studying the market.
